7. After typing or selecting the appropriate Speedtype, click enter to auto-populate the rest
of the chartfields. The Speedtype will then disappear and the rest of the chartfields will
appear. Important: Do not edit any of the chartfields (not shown).
Submitting an Expense Report

1. Use Save for Later to save your expense report and check for errors. Once saved, a report ID number
is assigned and the status is updated to Pending.
A red flag indicates that required information is missing. Click the red flag to view missing information. Click on “Expand All”
to view all fields.
It is recommended you Save your work periodically to prevent any data loss.
2. When you have completed your Expense Report and are ready to submit, click the
Summary and Submit link.
