1. Enter the LOC Doc ID.

 This is the document control number specific to the Grant. The LOC Doc ID differs from LOC ID. LOC ID may be shared by
various Grants but the LOC Doc ID is specific to a Grant.
 Make sure you are using the correct value that is specific to this Grant only.
