Creating Follow Up Letters

On the List tab, review the following information in Reports section:
The Report Description for Follow Up Letters is ARF330V1.
The file name will be [customerID].PDF.
1. Click the Report link to view and print the letter.
The Report File List displays.

1. Make a note of the Process Instance
number at the top of the Report page.
2. Click the Name link (customerID.pdf) to
view the letter.
2 For customers who have opted for Standard Mail,
print and mail the letter.
For customers who have opted for email delivery,
the Follow Up Letter will be emailed
automatically. To check the status of the email,
refer to the How do I Review the Email Logs? job
aid.
