Example Follow Up Letter
Once the Follow Up Letter is generated, the Done box will be checked in the Follow Up section of the Conversation.
Reviewing Conversations
Use the Conversation Review Needed to list conversations that need to be reviewed. Confirm that the
payment has been sent by the agreed-upon Promise Date, and then update and close the conversation. If the
payment has not been received, re-contact the customer and add a Conversation Entry.
