In 2020, the first corona year, there was another litter at the Kamar al Akbar kennel. Gabr

was supposed to be the father but he was far too polite and liked the bitch a lot but no
other polonaise, mind you. As I had expected this a bit, I had a plan B, consisting of Gabr's
brother Ganoosh. He had mated before and so that worked immediately. Again, we were
picked out by the pup; there was always one bitch who climbed out of the den, dropped
to the floor and happily came hopping to us, no matter how often the breeder put her
back. A real little rascal; so that became Ghaada. Her sister Goteifa (Tifa) went to our
friend Nelli Bildstein.

Do you breed or are you interested in breeding?
Breeding is the only thing we don't do with the dogs. Because it's a difficult breed to find
enough (and good) new owners for and also a bit because no one spoils them like I/we do.
Don't think I would be able to part with the puppies, so breeding them doesn't seem like a
good plan.

Sloughi puppies can be wreckers....
