for goodness, for grace, for kindness, and for mercy--on this day of holy convocation, on this day of
the Feast of Matzot, to be merciful and to save us on it. Remember us, HASHEM our God, on it for
good, and recall us on it for a blessing, and save us on it for life, in the matter of salvation and mercy;
pity us and be gracious to us, and have mercy on us, and deliver us on it from all distress and grief,
and gladden us on it with complete happiness.
And rebuild Jerusalem, the holy city soon, as You have said. Blessed are You HASHEM, Who
rebuilds Jerusalem in His mercy. Amen!
Blessed are You, HASHEM, our God, King of the universe, forever the God Who is our Father, our
King, our Magnificent One, our Creator, our Redeemer, our Holy One, the Holy One of Yaakov,
our Shepherd, the Shepherd of Israel, the Good King Who bestows good to all, that each and every
day He did good for us, He does good for us, and He will do good for us. He has rewarded us, He
rewards us, and He will reward us forever, with grace, kindness, mercy, relief, rescue, and all that is
good. Amen.
May the Compassionate One be praised upon His glorious throne.
May the Compassionate One be praised in heaven and on earth.
May the Compassionate One be praised by us in generation after generation.
May the Compassionate One raise the pride of His nation.
May the Compassionate One be glorified by us for all eternity.
May the Compassionate One sustain us with honour and not with shame, with what is
permissible and not with what is prohibited, with comfort and not with pain.
May the Compassionate One provide peace between us.
May the Compassionate One send blessing, abundance, and success in all of our undertakings.
May the Compassionate One bring success to our ways.
May the Compassionate One swiftly break the yoke of exile from our necks.
May the Compassionate One quickly lead us upright to our land.
May the Compassionate One heal us with a complete healing – a healing of the soul and the
healing of the body.
May the Compassionate One open His bountiful hand for us.
May the Compassionate One bless each and every one of us with His great name. Just as our
forefathers – Avraham, Yitzchak and Yaakov – were blessed in everything, from everything,
and with everything, so may He bless us all together with a complete blessing, and so may it
be His will, and let us say: Amen.
May the Compassionate One spread His shelter of peace over us.
On Shabbat: May the Compassionate One let us inherit a world that will be entirely Shabbat and a
rest for eternal life.
Chol HaMoed: May the Compassionate One cause us to reach the other festivals and holy days that
are approaching us in peace.
