TZAFUN

After the meal is finished, the head of the household takes the Matza that was set aside at Yahatz
along with additional Matza to make up at least one kezayit (preferably two kezetim) and then
recites the following:
In remembrance of the Paschal offering which was eaten when satiated.

DO NOT DIP IN SALT, LEAN LEFT AND EAT THE AFIKOMAN
One may not eat any food or drink after the eating the Afikoman, except for water, coffee or tea.

One should ensure to eat the Afikoman before Hatzot (biblical midnight).
One who forgets to lean does not have to eat the Afikoman again.

                         BARECH

Pour the third cup and recite Birkat HaMazon.
I will bless HASHEM at all times. His praise is always in my
mouth. The sum of the matter after all has been heard: Revere
Elohim and obey His commandments, for this is the entire
purpose of man. My mouth will speak the praise of Adonai, and
all flesh will bless the name of His Holiness forever and always.
And we will bless God from now until eternity, Halleluyah. And
He said to me, “This is the table that is before Adonai”.

We wash our fingertips for Mayim Aharonim. If there are more than three adult males, then one is
required to perform Zimun and recite the following:
Leader: Let us bless Him whose food we have eaten!
The others answer: Blessed is He whose food we have eaten, and through whose goodness we live!
The leader repeats, saying: Blessed is He whose food we have eaten, and through whose goodness
we live!
If there were ten men or more, the leader opens: Let us bless our God whose food we have eaten!
The others answer: Blessed is our God, Whose food we have eaten, and through whose goodness
we live!
The leader repeats, saying: Blessed is our God, Whose food we have eaten, and through whose
goodness we live!
