After the meal is finished, the head of the household takes the Matza that was set aside at
Yahatz along with additional Matza to make up at least one kezayit (preferably two kezetim) and
then recites the following:
. ֵּז ֶכר ְל ָׁק ְר ַבן ֶפ ַסח ַה ֶנ ֱא ָׁכל ַעל ַה ֹש ֹו ַבע
DO NOT DIP IN SALT, LEAN LEFT AND EAT THE AFIKOMAN.
One may not eat any food or drink after the eating the Afikoman, except for water, coffee or tea.
One should ensure to eat the Afikoman before Hatzot (biblical midnight).
One who forgets to lean does not have to eat the Afikoman again.

Pour the third cup and recite Birkat HaMazon.

We wash our fingertips for Mayim Aharonim. If there are more than three adult males, then
one is required to perform Zimun and recite the following:
