Important HOA News 4
As of the beginning of the Season we find ourselves still in the clutches of Covid. We had planned
to be open by now but it seems the new cases have bumped our status in Riverside County to PUR-
PLE. Indoor meetings are typically banned even with masks, in order to accommodate 5-6 feet dis-
tances and avoidance of touching handles, sharing pens, using the Zerox, fax machine and assisting
in processing paperwork.
For that reason we are keeping the office doors locked. We have caution tape on the porch to stand
behind if you come to the office without an appointment we ask you to stand back from the door,
wear a mask to drop off paperwork, get a transponder, report a problem or even to just say Hi.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and for not being able to easily ask for assistance. We hope you
will understand and appreciate why we are being careful and staying healthy.
We are still processing lots of architectural and landscape applications, responding to your requests
for service, processing paperwork and escrow requests, sending insurance certifications to lenders
and following our annual calendar. You will soon be receiving our Annual Budget and Policy State-
ment via an e-blast and then inserted onto the website.
We all come and go to the office to drop off paperwork or use the machines. We answer our tele-
phones from home and work on our computers from our kitchen tables. We hope to be back to the
office in the near future but we must first be able, so we are being cautious
and we hope that you understand and will support our decision.
