                         Hello friends,

                        This past August and September were the hottest ever in Coachella Valley, with high
                        temperatures rising to 110 on or above on 24 days, That kind of heat would normally keep away
                        all but the most intrepid desert rats though not during a pandemic. Since June, the valley has seen
                        a relative surge of visitors — and that buyer interest and momentum should extend into the winter
                        months.
                        The median attached home price in September was $305,000, up 12 1/2% over last year (per
                        CDAR).  For the last 10 years, prices have always hit bottom around September or October and
                        then they rise for the next six months. We have gotten a head start this year. A couple of those
                        market variables - Demand for Space - more people than ever are working from home and the de-

                        rates making refinancing a hard bargain not to pass up.
