Please welcome Janis Charnay to the
Desert Horizons family.

Janis is on board as the new Office
Manager at Zwemmer Realty. She

has lived in Palm Springs most of

her life and has over 20 years of
Real Estate Management and in the

Food & Beverage industry. Janis was

part of the opening crew for the
Hyatt in Indian Wells in 1986.

Her interests are horseback riding and has 9 horses on her
property along with 8 dogs, 1 cat, and a potbelly pig.

We look forward to working with Janis and seeing her in the

Community.

 Applications are required for all interior and exterior modification including HVAC replacement, pool & Spa re-
pair. Applications can be found on the website or by calling the office
 REMODELING: Extensive remodeling for more than 5 working days that includes the necessity for dumpsters in
driveways, several vendor trucks parking along the streets, and / or high levels of noise inside and outside
homes is prohibited from December 15 through March 31 annually. Variances may be granted for specific cir-
cumstances. Repairs and small one or two day jobs do not apply to this provision

 The speed limit is 25 MPH throughout the community
