                                             This chapter covered an assortment of specialized materials that enable specific types of effects. These spe-
                                             cialized materials include matte/shadow, Ink ’n’ Paint, DirectX Shader, and the various mental ray materials
                                             including the Arch & Design, Car Paint, and Subsurface Scattering materials.
