for Prospective Members
National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc., Eastern Region, welcomed the
National President, Dr. Etta F. Carter and their newly elected Regional
Director, Dr. Patsy Squire, to Wilmington, DE where each brought greetings
to returning and retired educators and extended an invitation to prospective
members. Hosted by the Wilmington Chapter (Rho), women educators from
Dover, Wilmington, Annapolis, Salisbury, Baltimore, Washington, DC and West
