Changes may be made to medical/dental and vision insurance plans if a family status change
occurs such as: marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, death of a spouse or dependent,
or loss of other coverage. To be eligible to make the change, you must notify the Company within
30 days of such an event and provide the necessary documentation. Please notify Human
Resources should your designated beneficiaries change for your life insurance, disability
insurance, ESOP or 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan.
All insurance is effective on the 1st of the month following start date.
Paid Time Off
nou Systems believes that a good balance of work and personal life leads to happy and productive
employees.
Vacation - Full-time Employees are eligible for 10-20 days of annual leave, depending upon years
of experience. In general:
• 0–24 months of service = 10 days annual
• 24–72 months of service = 15 days annual
• 72+ months of service = 20 days annual
Paid Time Off (PTO) - Full-time Employees receive 48 hours annually of paid time off for illness,
injury, or personal business.
Holidays - Full-time employees receive nine (9) paid Holidays per year.
Vacation, PTO, and Holiday leave is prorated for full-time employees who work a reduced
schedule (30-39 hours/week).

• Employee Stock Ownership Plan - nou Systems offers eligible employees’ ownership in
the Company through our ESOP. The ESOP is a retirement plan funded by Company stock
