Performance Based Bonuses
Annually, the Company may allote a portion of the annual profit to recognize and reward
employees. This performance-based recognition is intended to acknowledge strong
contributions to our programs, recognize contributions to business development efforts, and
salute your representation of nou Systems throughout the year. This is discretionary based on
the results of the company.
