CRAWFISH FARM GROUP TOURS (SEASONAL, MARCH-MAY)
Learn how crawfish go from pond to table! Crawfish Farm field tours in Jeff Davis Parish operate from March to May (the crawfish harvest
season) on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. Spectators will experience the habitat, harvest, calculation, distribution, and
consumption of Louisiana’s #1 crustacean. Tour must be booked in advance and is for groups of 10 or more.

BAYOU RUM DISTILLERY
A state of the art distillery in Lacassine, LA. Home of “Bayou Rum”. The facility offers free tours to see firsthand how Bayou Rum is
pasteurized, fermented, distilled, aged in their barrel storage, bottled up, and served at their in-house tasting bar. Also houses a gift
shop and visitors center. Exit 48 off I-10 with easy access. Bus parking available.

MR. CLINT’S
Located in Welsh, I-10 Exit 54. Vintage candy and soda shop. A variety shop with an emphasis on candy, soda, gifts, and oddities! This
shop has something for everyone. Come, enjoy the atmosphere!
