"Case Dismissed"
On Saturday, January 28, 2023, Carrousel Covette J. Durham Hamilton, daughter of Vivian P. Durham, released
her most recent book, “Case Dismissed,” a biography of her late father, Judge Charles J. Durham Sr. At this
event, she also introduced "The Judge," the Charles J. Durham Sr. Foundation. All proceeds from the sales of the
book will go to the foundation to fund scholarships for high
school graduates seeking to attend a
HBCU. She is photographed here with

the event.
