Tunnels to Towers
SPAM presented the founders of the Tunnels to Tower charity with a framed Runaway letterbox and Tpr Dave
Manning handcrafted them a wooden flag. Tunnels to Towers has paid off the mortgage for the families of several
members who were killed in the line of duty, including Trooper Tom Clardy and Trooper Tom Devlin.
