After lunch, the people moved to comfortable chairs and played a game they
called Dogopoly.

Some of the dogs had a snooze

in the cool grass under the
shade of the tree, others

paddled in the creek and Charlie
observed the game to see
whether the Dogfather would

win. Rosie JR kept walking
across the board - though she

was able to do it without
disturbing any of the pieces.

Laurence really

wanted the
Golden Retriever

card because
she was so sad

that Eddie
hadn’t been able
to come but the

Dogfather made
her pay through

the nose for it.
