All of the dogs who were swimming around and around chasing
the ducks were engulfed in black, gooey, sludgy, slimy mud
from the black swamp monster but none of them wanted to
stop – because they thought - any minute now they were going
to catch a duck for sure.
R---O---A---R!!!! bellowed the black swamp monster as
he raised himself up out of the water and splashed Sophie
with slimy, sticky, thick black mud.
