we can extend a helping hand. Wisdom should be recognized as means
to living a full, blessed life that can be passed on to others so they can be
               blessed as well.
We make our living educating people on the complexities of the
financial world. We simplify it so that it is not intimidating, and they can
see and understand why it will help them. Wisdom is when you know
you should be setting aside funds for the future, taking advantage of the
time value of money. Wisdom is recognizing the need to have a better
understanding of your benefits and implementing change when needed
               and making educated decisions
The wise are not always seen as the popular group. They may opt out
of the happy hour and spend that time attending a TSP workshop,
meeting with an advisor, or doing an annual review to make sure they
stay on track. Are you establishing a long-term game plan?

Philosophy #4: Knowledge Learned is Money Earned

Have you ever committed to some type of self-improvement? A new

procrastination and to get the ball rolling. The exercise machines feel a
bit awkward and you may feel somewhat out of place. But after a few
days’ things start to click. You’re not as sore and, in fact, you start to feel
               a bit more comfortable.
It’s like wearing a new pair of shoes; there is a break-in period.
Committing to a solid financial plan is no different. A little awkward and
intimidating at first, but then you start to see progress. All this financial
               terminology starts to make sense.
When you speak with your advisor, the conversations take on a
whole new meaning and you wonder why you ever waited this long to
commit. So, you start charting your progress by tracking the performance
