I am honoured to be invited to give this keynote speech and would

like to thank the Ministry of Justice of Thailand and the Legal Execution

Department for the opportunity. I am also delighted to see so many of you
from the legal profession. Your presence is a demonstration of the professionûs

keen interest in keeping pace with technology. For friends from overseas, my

warmest welcome to Bangkok. I hope you can find time, amidst the busy

schedule of this Conference, to enjoy our city.
