Abstract

The Court of Justice has adopted information technology for the management

of cases according to the Strategic Plan of the Court of Justice 0 1 8 -2 0 2 1 and the
Digital Development Plan for the Court of Justice 2019-2021 with the intention that

people can access to Justice conveniently, quickly and economically. The submitting,

serving and receiving of pleadings and documents via the electronic filing system plays
a crucial part in the implementation of electronic systems to support the court cases

management since May 5, 2017. The system initially accepted the filing of only some

types of civil lawsuits and was used only in some courts. Later, the system has been
continuously developed until the current Version 3 (e-Filing Version 3 which allows

the parties to file complaints in many more types of cases, submit more coverage

importantly, has been used among various courts across the country Pathum Thani
Provincial Court is one of the courts that has adopted an electronic filing system.
Although such a system has been in use for a while, there are still some problems in

the management of cases regarding the use of such system If these problems are
rectified better and sooner, this will convince more users for submitting, serving and

receiving of pleadings and documents through the electronic transmission system to
achieve maximum benefit to the parties. There will be an alternative practical mean

for people to access the justice system conveniently and efficiently.
