INTRODUCTION

          Renewal of Collective Labor Agreement  2020-2022 which will be valid as
          CLA 2023-2025 is conducted to create a harmonious, dynamics, , based
          on Pancasila and UUD 1945 of the Republic of Indonesia, in order to
          develop and maintain a working condition that peaceful, and satisfying
          for the Employees, and fair and peaceful in doing business for the Bank
          as a major requirement to attain collective wellbeing.

          In line with the Government's continuous  efforts to build the  country
          with the aim of improving the welfare of the Indonesian people, Bank,
          Union and Employees have an important role in improving the economic
          progress of the country that will impact on improving the living
          standards of the people of Indonesia.

          As the  working partner of the Bank, Employees and  Union  are fully
          aware that efforts to promote and develop the Bank and improve the
          welfare of the Employees and their families is a unity. To make it happen
          equally  both parties  are  obliged and  responsible in  developing  a
          conducive working  climate in order to foster motivation and high
          working spirit of the Employees and serenity doing business for the Bank.

          To make sure that business condition and conducive working climate are
          in line with the above philosophy then Management and Labor  Union
          conduct negotiations on the renewal of the Collective Labor Agreement.
          The purpose of the renewal of this Collective Labor Agreement  are as
          follow:
          •  To reaffirm and clarify the rights and obligations of the
              Management, the  Union, and Employees.
          •  To determine the terms and condition s of working for Employees.
          •  To strengthen the industrial relation within the Bank, to govern the
              dispute settlement procedure,
          •  To improve, maintain and develop a  healthy, dynamic and
              harmonious industrial relation among the Management, the  Union,
              and Employees.
