CHAPTER I
DEFINITION

1. “Bank” means PT. Bank Mizuho Indonesia, having its office at
Menara Astra 52-55 Floor, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 5-6, Jakarta
Pusat.
2. Management means the members of Board of Directors
appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank.
3. Employees means those having work relationship with the Bank
and receiving salary.
4. Labor Union is an employees organization founded by
employees..
5. Committee means Member who is appointed as Union
Committee member according to the Articles of Association of the
Union.
6. Member means Employee who becomes member of Union based
on the Union Articles of Association.
7. Salary means the Employee’s right that is received and expressed
in the form of cash as reward from the Management to the
Employees, set and paid according to a work agreement and its
amendments that stated in writing.
8. Collective Labor Agreement is this agreement which is the result
of an agreement between Management and Labor Union which
contains work requirements, rules of procedure and rights and
obligations of Management, Employeess and Labor Union.
9. Job means a job assigned by the Bank which must be
implemented by Employees.
10. Bank Premises mean the whole place under the control of or
being owned by the Management and utilized to support the
Management’s activities.
11. Working Environment means the area and its surrounding where
the Employees work and carry out its duties.
12. Employees's Family is Employees's Wife or Husband, Child(s),
biological parents, siblings and in-laws of Employees and
registered at the Bank.
