13. Bank’s Secrecy means all information, transactions, and
documentations owned by the Bank and are either directly or
indirectly related to the customers and Bank’s daily operation.
14. Digital assets are technology-based assets that have economic
value and are controlled or owned by the Bank. These digital
assets can be a variety of things, including but not limited to,
data, information, digital content, digital rights, digital tokens, and
other assets that exist in digital format. Examples of Digital Assets
owned by Banks for example include but are not limited to:
Customer Data, Digital Banking Platforms and Applications,
Intellectual Property (Software, algorithms, and other
technologies developed by the Bank).
