Employees who become Members or undertake its function as
Committee.
3. By at the latest 3 working days written prior notice to the the
Management, Committee may leave the work with pay to
perform Union activity related to industrial relation or
employment matters.
Article 5
Relationship of Union and Management
1. In order to develop the function of bipartite cooperation agency
as a consultative and communicative forum, so that it can
produce the proper recommendation to Management, the
implementation will be arranged as follows:
a. every 2 months Management representatives and Union
representatives will hold a meeting;
b. In the bipartite cooperation agency Management and Union
respectively will be represented by two representatives.
Article 6
Facility for Union
1. Upon a written notice from the Committee which shall be
accompanied by a recording of the activity invitation, the
Management may grant dispensation to leave Work with full
Salary to an Employee that serves as Committee or a Member
appointed by the Committee to perform the union’s activities,
such as attending:
a. congress,
b. conference,
c. seminar,
d. education,
e. meetings and
f. special tasks
related to manpower matters, domestically and overseas
