CHAPTER III
RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT OF EMPLOYEES
Article 9
Employee Recruitment and Work Relation
1. Employee Recruitment is right and authority of the Management
according to the needs of the Bank.
2. The general requirements for Employees shall be:
a. Indonesian citizen.
b. Age minimum 18 years old.
c. Physically and mentally sound.
d. Proper conduct and behavior.
e. Not involve in any activity prohibited by the Government of
the Republic of Indonesia.
f. Qualified for the job requirements and passed the selection
test conducted by the Bank.
g. Has no relative or family relationship with the existing
Employees.
The term “relative” or “family relation” shall be restricted to
husband/wife and because of blood relations directly, i.e.
father/mother, and siblings and in-laws.
h. In the event of a marriage between two employees, the
Management shall discuss the termination of the
employment relationship with one of the employees no later
than 1 (one) month after the date of the marriage. This
procedures is regulated further in BMI CLA Chapter XII
regarding Termination of Employment article 58 and 59.
3. Probation Period
a. Prospective Employee is required to undergo a probation
period maximum 3 months.
b. Management is obliged to notify in writing the existence and
duration of probation to prospective Employee.
c. The Employee's Department Head in the probation period is
required to conduct an evaluation and supervision for the
