organized by the Unions Federation or Government.
2. Written notice to leave the Job to undertake the Union activity
with full Salary shall be submitted by the Committee to the
Management no later than 3 working days before the date of
leaving the Job.
3. The Management may provide ease and / or facilities to Member
and / or Committee who engage in Union activities.
4. The Union can use one of the rooms in the Bank as a secretarial
office of Union including with its facilities as needed.
5. The Management shall give dispensation to leave Job and
facilities to Committee to attend meeting with government
institution, state institutions, or higher authority on manpower
issues.

Article 7
Union Meeting

With permit from the Management, the Union may arrange
Committee’s meeting in the office room during office hours. The
Management may lend the equipment as needed.

Article 8
Labor Union Secretariat Room

In order for the work role of the Labor Union to run properly,
Management provides a room that can be used as the secretariat
office of the Labor Union Management and stores documents and
other administrative needs of the Labor Union.
