To achieve the above mentioned purpose,:
1. The Management acknowledges that:
a. Employees shall have the same opportunity to develop their
competencies and performance without discrimination towards
their ethnic, religion, race, and gender in order to improve the
Employees’s passion and performance at work.
b. Employees shall be entitled to have a reasonable salary and good
social security.
c. The Bank will give attention upon the Employees’s complaint and
seek suitable solution according to the procedure in Collective
Labour Agreement.
d. Bank shall provide protection, safety, tranquility and security to
Employees.
2. The Union acknowledges that:
a. The Management has prerogative to manage the Bank and the
Employees.
b. The Management shall be entitled to ask the Employees to do
Job based on the objective that must be achieved.
c. The Management shall be entitled to assign Employees for any
particular position.
d. The Management’s efforts in order to develop and secure the
Bank’s long-term sustainability will get reasonable
understanding, support and acceptance from the Labour Union.
3. The Union shall provide advices for the efforts of Management to
improve and secure the long-term sustainability of the Bank and the
Management shall take it into consideration.
4. The Management, Employee and the Union shall comply and
implement this Collective Labor Agreement correctly.
Based on all the above subject matters, the Management and the Union
agree to sign this Collective Labor Agreement.
