                                          Others
                                         Article 48
                     Social Security Management Agency (BPJS) Program

              1. Management is to register Employees in the Employment Social
                Security Management Agency Program.
              2. Management is register Employees in the  Health Social Security
                Management Agency Program.
              3. In accordance with Government Regulation 37 of 2021, every
                employees will be registered in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan  -  Job
                Loss Guarantee (JKP) program


                                         Article 49
                             Sports and Recreation Management

              Annual sports and recreation activities for all employees are financed
              by the Bank, but program management is carried out by
              representatives of employees on a rotating basis.

                                         Article 50
                                   Complaint Resolution

              Settlement of Employees' grievances regarding  work  relations,
              working conditions and employment conditions ("Complaints") are as
              follows:
              1.  Employees are required to submit their Complaints in writing to
                 their direct supervisor.
              2.  The Employee's direct supervisor must try to resolve the
                 Complaint no later than 7 working  days after  receiving the
                 Employee's complaint.
              3.  If the Employee's direct supervisor fails to resolve the Complaint,
                 the Employee  can submit a Complaint to  the Head of  Human
                 Resources (HR).
