4. The Head of Human Resources (HR) must try to resolve the
Complaint no later than 7 working days after receiving the
Employee's complaint.
5. If the Head of Human Resources (HR) fails to resolve the
Complaint, the Employee can submit his Complaint to the local
manpower agency to be resolved in accordance with the
procedures in Law no. 2 of 2004.
During the settlement process, the Employee must work as usual.
