to obtain approval for his absence.
              8.   If the Employee cannot contact his direct supervisor, he can
                   notify the obstacle to the Human Resources (HR) department.
              9.   Upon entry to work, the Employee is required to submit valid
                   written evidence to the head of the section by filling out the
                   attendance confirmation provided  by the Human Resources
                   (HR) section through the Human Resources Information System
                   (HC Plus).
              10.  If the Employee commits another violation, Management may
                   issue the next Warning, without  waiting for the  previous
                   Warning period to expire.

                                         Article 53
                         Layoffs Within the Period of Warning Three

              Management can terminate employment of employees who commit
              violations when the Third Warning takes effect.

              Employees whose employment has been terminated are entitled to
              Compensation for Tenure and Compensation of Rights in accordance
              with Article 40 (3) and (4) Government Regulation No. 35/2021.

                                         Article 54
                                Layoffs with Urgent Reasons

              Management can terminate employment for urgent reasons as
              stipulated in Article 52 (2) Government Regulation No. 35/2021 or
              violations as follows:

              1.  Create documents that contain incorrect  information, and/or
                  provide untrue or misleading or  false or  falsified information
                  when submitting a job application or after working at the Bank.
