CHAPTER XII
VIOLATIONS TO WORK DISCIPLINE
Article 51
Warnings
The warning consists of:
a. Warning I;
b. Warning II;
c. Warning III.
The maximum warning period vailidity is 6 months.
Article 52
Warning Letter
1. Management can give Warning I to Employees who violate the
Bank's work rules in accordance with Chapter IV Articles 10, 11,
12, 14 and 17.
2. Employees must understand, comply with and implement the
Collective Labor Agreement correctly and make it a work and
behavior guideline.
3. Employees are required to record when they enter and when
they leave the Bank's environment on an attendance recorder.
4. If for one reason or another the said attendance data does not
exist, then when leaving the Bank environment, the Employee is
required to make a record by filling in the attendance
confirmation provided by the Human Resources (HR) section
through the Human Resources Information System (HC Plus). .
5. Employees are required to start work right at the start of
working time and end it at the end of working time unless
Employees are asked to work overtime.
6. In order to be able to start work on time at the start of working
time, Employees must be at the workplace no later than 10
minutes before the start of working time.
7. If he is unable to attend, before 10.00 WIB on the same day, the
employee must notify the impediment to his direct supervisor
