15.  Using Bank's funds without permission.

              16.  Misusing authority, opportunities or existing facilities because of
                  their position or position which can directly or indirectly harm
                  the Bank, not limited to financial losses but also including the
                  reputation (good name) of the Bank, customers and other
                  related parties.

              17.  Requesting money from Employees.
              18.  Violating moral norms or sexual harassment.

              19.  Divulge bank secrets or defame management, except for the
                  interests of the state.

              20.  Gambling and all kinds of gambling in the Bank environment.
              21.  Violating Bank Compliance Regulations.

              22.  Perform actions that are classified as acts of fraud /
                  embezzlement (fraud) in accordance with the definitions and
                  provisions of the Bank's policies.
              23.  Violating regulations regarding bank secrecy.


              Employees who have been terminated for urgent reasons are entitled
              to Compensation  Money in accordance with Article 40 (4)
              Government Regulation No. 35/2021,  and severance entitled to
              Separation Money whose amount is 0.5 (half) of the formulation of
              Article 59 paragraph 2.

                                         Article 55
                                       Absenteeism

              1.  Employees  who are absent from work without written
                 information through  the Human Resources Information System
                 (HC Plus) and reasons that can be accepted by Management, are
                 considered absent, and for their absence, Employees are not
                 entitled to wages.
