2. Management will terminate employment of employees who are
absent for 5 working days or more consecutively without written
statement accompanied by valid evidence and have been
summoned properly and in writing 2 times.
3. Employees affected by termination of employment are entitled to
compensation for their right to rest in accordance with Article 40
(4) of Law PP No. 35/2021 and severance.
4. Employees who are classified as resigned are entitled to
Separation Money, the amount of which is in accordance with the
Term of Service Award as stipulated in Article 59 paragraph 2.
Article 56
Exemption from Obligation to Work (Skhorsing)
1. Management can release Employees from work obligations
(schorsing) for Employees who are in the process of being
examined for committing a violation or in the process of
terminating employment according to Law no. 2 of 2004.
2. The maximum period of suspension in the inspection process is 1
month and can be extended if necessary.
3. During the suspension period, Management will pay Wages and
other rights that are normally received by Employees.
