retirement age are entitled to health insurance for inpatient and
                 outpatient care for 1 year from the date of retirement and a life
                 insurance  policy, the amount of which is determined by
                 Management policy.
              5.  Employees will be given the opportunity to receive counseling and
                 skills  training  to  prepare  themselves for  retirement,  at  least  5
                 (five) years before retirement (the implementation will be
                 regulated separately by Management).
              6.  Based upon request of the Employee, and with the approval of
                 the Management, a Employee who has reached the age of 50
                 years or more whose health does not permit him to continue
                 working according to a doctor's certificate, may submit a request
                 to stop working on the basis of early retirement  by receiving  a
                 lump sum according to point 1, or pension benefits according to
                 Article  56 Government Regulation No. 35/2021, whichever  is
                 higher.

                                         Article 58
                                    Employees Resigned

              1.  An  Employee intending to  resign  from his or her  own  will  be
                 required to meet the following requirements:
                 a.  Clerk - Senior Clerk: Notification Period is 1 (one) month
                 b.  Officer - Senior Officer: Notification Period is 2 (two) months
                 c.  AVP - VP - Above: Notification Period is 3 (three) months
                 d.  not bound by work commitment agreement;
                 e.  remain working as usual until the expiration date of  the
                     employment relationship.
                 If the  Employee ignores the  resignation notification period, the
                 Bank has the rights to withhold the Employee's reference letter
                 and Separation Pay.
              2.  Resigning Employees are entitled to Compensation pay in Article
                 40 (4) Government Regulation no.35/2021.
