Relocation Manager: “Moving to the “Advanced Package” you get

everything that the “Standard Package” provides with the addition of ADT
Command”. What ADT Command does is it allow you to arm/disarm
your system, wirelessly, using your cell-phone, tablet or laptop. (Demo the

Command Application to the client).

Step 1: Provide the customer with 3 examples of how ADT Command will
benefit them

Example 1: “It’s like having a second keypad in the Master Bedroom. Most
customers charge their phones right next to their bed at night”.

Example 2: “If you leave your home and forget whether you armed your
system or not, you can check on your ADT Command application”.

Example 3: “If you're on vacation in _____ you have access to your alarm

system through your phone, as long as you have internet access or cell
reception”.

Examples can be customized based upon the information you gathered
while building rapport.
