I seldom dine in restaurants because I prefer eating home-cooked meals. However, when I go
out with my family on a holiday, we decide to eat at restaurants instead of preparing meals at
home. My whole family loves to order Bibimbap. It is a dish consisting of a bowl of rice, topped
with vegetables, beef and egg. Vegetables commonly used in Bibimbap include cucumber,
zucchini, carrot, radish, mushrooms, and laver. It may also contain spinach and soybean sprouts.
Bibimbap is a very popular meal in Korea. My family loves it not only because it’s delicious, but
because it is very healthy.
