Well first, we make sure that our items are on top of the market, technical wise, through con-
tinuous research. We have a team of experts composed of computer engineers and technicians
who develop our line of computers. We conduct studies to improve our computers. Second,
we make comparative studies of our computers and the ones in the market. We try to be the
best in our field and one of our steps to do that is to make sure that we’re always ahead of our
competitors.
2. Pretend that you are talking to the head of the technology department of
your company. Explain and justify why your clients want product improve-
ments in the aspects below.

Good day, Mr. Wu. I want to relay the feedback we got from our clients. This feedback is also
consistent with the feedback of our target market. There is a demand for product improvement
in our computers’ weight and size. Our target markets now want lighter and smaller computers
because they are constantly on the go. This means that we have to look for smaller spare parts
that still have the capacity and efficiency demanded by the market. Second, our clients also
need a bigger memory space for all the files they want to save in their computers. We need to
provide them a bigger memory and retain a light weight and small size. I hope that you can
comply with these demands.
