Yoon: Quite a few clients visit this show room and many log onto our home page every day. You
must see the figures. You’ll be surprised at the number of people who log on to our website.
Richards: You have clients visiting this showroom almost every day. That’s wonderful. That must
bring in a lot of money.
Yoon: Yes, as you can see most of our buyers like to keep up-to-date information about our prod-
ucts. We are often inundated with questions. We change the display pieces every month and up-
grade our homepage every week. Our company’s main policy regarding display matters is that
we must always stay one step ahead of our clients. It keeps us very busy, but we keep up with
its demands because we prioritize customer satisfaction. We also pride ourselves for having the
most updated and interesting information campaign for the items in the market.
Richards: Really? That’s an excellent business idea, Mr. Yoon. Your company is inspiring!
Yoon: Thank you very much! The showroom and homepage sufficiently display a variety of prod-
ucts including main computer monitors and parts. We have some computers here, Mr. Rich-
ards. We can, in fact, log on now so you can check the website yourself.
Richards: That is a good way to get information out to buyers, Mr. Yoon. I think I can log on to the
website when we’re done with the tour.
Yoon: Sure, whatever pleases you, Mr. Richards. You may see the items that you are interested in,
