Answer B:
I am addicted to the boob tube, and cable channels are the culprits. I always watch foreign
dramas on cable TV. You get a full package of everything in it - dramatic moments, comedic
flicks, and tips on the latest fashion. Not only that, I also improve my English skills! Talk about
hitting two birds with one stone. However, my friends think it’s sick. I can’t even watch TV like
a normal person anymore. I need to watch at least ten episodes of something a day. The other
night, I watched 15 episodes of ‘CSI’ despite having a 9 a.m. recitation and exam in class the
next day. Not an ounce of milk brought me to sleep. They were all counteracted by the show’s
characters. I have even memorized which actor guested in which episode, or how a character
gussies up. A few years ago, I went by not watching TV anymore, opting for good movies or
documentaries instead. Now, I’ll watch anything I can get my hands on. I think I’m losing control.
When my friends ask me out, I always had to toss a coin: party time or TV time. You sure know
               what wins!

              Points to emphasize in answering:
                   Introduce the genre you chose.
[example: I always watch foreign dramas on cable TV.]

                   Try to describe that genre.

Give the benefits of watching that kind of TV show.
[example: Not only that, I also improve my English skills!]

Describe how it affects your life.
[example: However, my friends think it’s sick. I can’t even watch TV like a normal
                            person anymore.]
