Long time no see

A: Good afternoon. May I speak with Sung Eun?
B: This is her speaking. May I know who is calling?
A: This is Jae Won.
B: Hi, Jae Won! How are you doing?
A: I am fi ne. Long time no see.
B: Yes, I know. I just got back from London a couple of days ago.

A: I see. How long did you stay in London? I am sure you had a blast there.
B: I stayed there for six months. I took up a training course at the London School of Economics.
A: Really? That is amazing!
B: I guess we should meet one of these days. We have a lot of catching up to do.
A: Certainly. Let us meet on Tuesday at 3:00 P.M.
B: Sure. See you on Tuesday. Bye.

A: Bye.

1. Do you have a friend whom you have not seen for a long time?

Sample answer:

I have one. She was my high school classmate, and I have not seen her for five years now. She married an Italian so now she stays in Italy.
2. How did you feel when you saw your best friend after several years of being away?

Sample answer:
I felt extremely happy. I could not help myself but hug her. We could not stop talking until the wee hours of the morning.

3. Do you feel comfortable talking to somebody whom you have not met for several years?

Sample answer:
Actually, it will depend on the situation. If he/she is my friend then I would really feel excited to chat with him/her. However, talking to some-
body whom I have not seen for a long time is always something to look forward to.
