1. You are about to begin your product presentation to a prospective client. You’ve checked everything and it
seems that you’re all set for the presentation. It’s now time for you to discuss your product when you realize
that:
a. You brought a different flash disk
b. You have a hardcopy of your presentation

Sample answer:
Good afternoon everyone! I’m Howard Jones of Smart Earth Solutions. It’s my pleasure to discuss with you one of the best anti-virus software
in the market today. Before I begin my presentation, I would like to ask for your understanding. I can’t flash my presentation on the widescreen
because I brought a different flash disk. I know it’s unbelievable, but sometimes unexpected things happen. Anyway, you can just refer to the
handout that I distributed earlier.

2. You are in the middle of your presentation when suddenly you feel that you have to go to the restroom. You
do not want to excuse yourself even for a few minutes because you do not want to disrupt the focus of the
audience on the discussion, but you can’t control it anymore so you:

a. Excuse yourself for a few minutes
b. Ask them to check out page 15 of the handout

Sample answer:
Do you have any questions about what we have discussed so far? If none, perhaps we can have a 5-minute break. I just need to rest my throat
for a few minutes. While we are on break please look at page 15, and if you have queries about it, I will be glad to answer those later. Thank
you.
