2. A 70-year old woman approaches you. She does not know how to use the vending machine. She is going to
the Museum of Modern Art and does not know how to get there. You are explaining to her the following:

a. she has the option of purchasing the ticket at the ticket booth
b. how to use the vending machine
c. free route map at the ticket booth

Sample answer:
I see. Ma’am, actually, you have an option of purchasing your ticket at the ticket booth. If you prefer the vending machine, all you have to do
is to press the button, which indicates your place of destination. Please wait for the ticket price flashed on the screen. Then you have to insert
coins or bills to get your ticket. By the way, you can get a free route map at the ticket booth. You just have to locate the Museum of Modern Art
on the map. Then figure out where you are, and then check the train number and color.
