Drew: Good morning Ruby! Have you checked up on our division’s month-to-date performance?
Ruby: Good morning Sir! Yes, I have. According to statistics, our sales are moving up.
Drew: That’s good to hear. Okay, let’s set up a meeting with the team this week.
Ruby: Alright, Sir. I’ll send you a calendar through outlook express.
Drew: Sure, check on the other meetings on my calendar as well.
Ruby: I’ll definitely do that. What time would you prefer to have the meeting?
Drew: I think around three in the afternoon, but check on my appointments first.
Ruby: We have two vacant slots for this week. That would be Tuesday and Thursday.
Drew: Let’s have the meeting on Thursday. I have fewer appointments then.
Ruby: Sure thing, Sir. I’ll put it down now.
Drew: Oh wait, I have a doctor’s appointment on Thursday! I‘m not sure if I’ll be back here by
three.
Ruby: Should I move the meeting to a later time?
Drew: No, better not since I’m not sure when I’ll get back.
Ruby: Well then, I guess there’s no choice but to have it on Tuesday.
Drew: Yes. It would seem so. I guess I’ll just be having an even fuller day.
Ruby: Alright, I’ll be finalizing it now.
Drew: Okay then. Alright, moving forward, let’s have weekly team meetings.
Ruby: No problem, Sir. I’ll take the initiative for that.
Drew: Thanks, Ruby. I know I can count on you.
Ruby: I’ll just find a convenient schedule and set it up. I’ll just keep you posted sir.
Drew: Alright then, thanks!
