1. You are an entrepreneur of Golden homes. You will present the concept of
low cost housing of a condominium unit in the heart of the city. You would
need a partner to start the business.
Sample answer:
A pleasant day to everyone. I’m here to present the concept of low cost condominium
units in urban centers. Nowadays, a lot of young professionals are in need of decent
houses. They may have good jobs, but only a few have fine houses. We can launch
these low cost units. They will surely take advantage of these because it’s near the city.

graph shows the SWOT or Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Threat. You can
refer to the figures. This would be a great opportunity! We are now open to questions.
Thank you very much.
2. You are a professor of Business Management. You’ve attended the defense
of Class 2007. They presented a feasibility study. You’ve taken note of some
weak points of the presentation.
Sample answer:
Congratulations class! You’re done with the initial presentation. It’s apparent that you
worked hard to make a well-organized and highly informative presentation. There are
only a few points, which you need to improve on. You may use humor to liven up
the audience, but remember to remain professional. Take note of confidence and eye
contact. Make sure to know your presentation well. Try to review the values in your
graph; I noticed some discrepancies. Now, all you need to do is review and prepare for
your next presentation. Good job everyone!
