2. With what types of visual aids are you familiar?

I’m familiar with flip charts, transparencies and power point presentations. Lately, I’ve
been using power point. I also frequently use our actual products as visual aids. This
helps the customer understand the point precisely.

3. What do you consider when creating designs?

Sample answer:
I make sure that my design ties in with my topic. For instance, I try to use a color
scheme based on the packaging of our product. Generally, I make sure that the colors
complement each other.

1. Some of your investors are visiting and they want to understand the process
involved in manufacturing your product. How can you present this clearly
with the help of visual aids?

Sample answer:
I will use a power point presentation to give an overview of the process. Presenting
each step in detail would be done using a flowchart and pictures. I’ll also try to include
photos of the products made by the company and facilities used for the steps. I’ll make
sure that each slide is not overcrowded with pictures and the layout is done well.

2. The boss is leaving the country for two months and he assigned Freddy to
take his place at the seminar. Freddy will be presenting and finishing the
report. As his supervisor, what suggestions can you give him?

Sample answer:
Freddy, you need to gather information and carefully select what topics to include.
You’ll be providing the audience with visual aids to demonstrate vital information. Dif-
ferent colors and pictures can make the presentation more pleasant. Adding designs
and animations can be attractive, but not to overdo it. Be lively, but keep the profes-
sionalism in your presentation. You wouldn’t want to create a fancy impression while
doing the presentation. Keep it simple, but informative.
