I love the way you mixed and matched
the colors.
Ben: Your power point presentation was very impressive.
Jing: Really? Thanks very much! I spend a lot of time on it.
Ben: I like the way you created it. The background and color scheme of the slides were the same.
Jing: Thanks! Is my design is better with colors or do I have to add more pictures?
Ben: I guess, you can add some pictures in the slides showing the process of manufacturing.
Jing: You really think so? I’ll do that next time. What do you think about the colors?
Ben: I love the way you mixed and matched the colors. They are pleasant to look at.
Jing: I wanted colors that would liven up the presentation but won’t be glaring.
Ben: You did a great job! I liked your font type and size.
Jing: I actually read that somewhere. I had some trouble with those two large tables because of
the font size.
BEN: Oh, I remember those. I did have a hard time reading them.
Jing: I really appreciate that! I did try to explain it. I know that graphs and tables should be able
to stand on their own but I couldn’t make the font any bigger.
Ben: I understand.
Jing: What do you think about my animations?
Ben: You were able to use animations effectively. It wasn’t overdone.
Jing: Try to see the graphics.
Ben: I noticed one slide wherein you had about five pictures; it was a bit overwhelming.
Jing: I see. I’ll try to do better next time.
Ben: You’re doing just fine! Keep it up!
