I believe that the company rules can be considered a tremendous help to everyone for
better management. It provides assistance for the employer to communicate with his
employees and enables everyone to do only what is good and beneficial to each and
everyone and in the company.
3. Who usually implements rules in an organization?
Sample answer:
The leader is the one who should be implementing such rules, but it should be in ac-
cordance with each member for a peaceful association. A good leader is also a good
follower and a good listener. This would ensure a solid and active organization.
1. At school, they are organizing a new club, The Science Club. You are inter-
ested to join. They gave you rules to follow. You’re asked to voice out your
opinion.

Joining the group can be beneficial to my studies and self-improvement. Despite the
rules, I’ll be glad to be a member of this new club. Rules are set to be followed for ev-
erybody’s safety and the group’s organized assembly. They were studied with a posi-
tive objective. As early as now, we should practice abiding such rules. It’s a way of pre-
paring for a bigger exposure to more complex rules.
2. Your mother is having a hard time dealing with finances. She is trying to fig-
ure out ways on how to save money. What advice can you give your mother
as a way of helping to deal with finances?

Mom, why don’t you purchase some necessities in bulk? If you do, we’ll get it on a
cheaper price. Another thing is to be reminded of the golden rule of saving before
spending. Spending more than what you earn can never raise savings. I suggest that
you omit all less important expenditures. If you’ll follow my simple tips on smart shop-
ping, there’s no way that you’ll have a problem with finances.
